When we looked at PassionSearch.com (by force from a girl friend of another friend’s of ours a few months back), we didn’t have high expectations. We bought a membership for PassionSearch.com and throughout it would be a boring ‘regular’ online dating site. That it’s be the good old type where women posted “I’m a nice & classy woman and I want a real man guy that can make me laugh yet can challenge me altogether” standard bullshit.

We seem to have been wrong on this one – and we’re willing to admit that (sorry, Amy! – much apologies!). We found out that our bias almost prevented us from discovering this one. And I think in the future we’ll pay more attention to recommendations from … ummmm … not men. Like any other dating site, there’s women looking for something steady in their relationship. Yet – somehow – most we’ve spoken to are still open to something more … casual. Then again, we’re not the ones that are promising a house in the suburbs and a white picket fence.

We toned our approach and profile on PassionSearch.com, compared to other websites we’ve used. It’s a ‘regular’ online dating site – so you need to be a little more ‘class’ and a little less ‘trash’ overall – especially in your profile. We do need to mention that some of the profiles of girls on PassionSearch.com are … interesting … in comparison to your other dating sites such as eHarmony.com. It can be a good thing – it makes it an easy search to find girls that are open to a more casual & open dating relationship. It can also be very bad – those same girls are totally flooded with ‘mails’ and ‘winks from dudes for the same reason.

So – you need to be different in your profile and approach. For that, you should read the guide we’ve created on how to make yourself stand out from the crowd. While meeting women on PassionSearch.com will always be a game of numbers for guys on online dating sites (women hold the power in that specific situation) – you can ‘stack the deck’ and learn to BE ORIGINAL. Don’t be one of those dudes that places one shitty face picture expects success instantly. It’s not the way it works. You need to be a man and stand out from those idiots.
